How We Built Rockaway Roofing Pros
I started Rockaway Roofing Pros in 2011 with one truck and a crew of two. We did repair work for the first two years — mostly storm damage and leaks — because that's where you learn the fastest. Every bad roof teaches you something a good one doesn't.
By 2016 we were doing full replacements across Rockaway and the surrounding cities, including a tear-off on Green Pond Road that held through three nor'easters. The business grew because we didn't cut corners — when a job needed new decking instead of a patch, we said so and did it right. Word got around.
